No, that would be wasteful and unnecessary. When we do a full wardrobe analysis, the aim will be to keep as many of your existing items as possible before figuring out what you need to add to build it.
We will work within your budget and improving your wardrobe can be done incrementally. There are also many budget-friendly options online, swap shops and thrift stores.
We suggest coaching sessions take place on a weekly or fortnightly basis so that you can practise the recommended exercises and strategies, without losing momentum and progress can be monitored closely.
3 to 5 months to complete the SWS Method would be a good time frame.
There are pros and cons to both online and face-to-face sessions so it very much depends on what you are comfortable with. However, Sera recommends that you allow her to visit your home to do the personal styling and wardrobe analysis sessions.
